Pingzapper is working properly the issue should be the server in use. Just exchange to another one and let us know if worked

Try first to change the server you use, if the problem continues, check if antivirus or firewall is blocking it..

Try to browse and redirect the iMU launcher and main file again, everytime you open the game first time after a pc shutdown. It solved my recent pz problems.
Try turning off anti viruses and firewalls, change tunnel servers, reinstall pz if still doesn’t fix your problem.

Pingzapper is working perfectly and running, can you do a screenshot where it say "Offline" ?

Don't forget also to try some above post, replied by other players, update us. =)
