Sure, why not? but it's gonna be a third chance. (the second one was in xmas)

1.- They can't cheat not anymore.
2.- "Once cheater, always a cheater" not if we have this anti hack system, it's now "Once cheater, always trying to cheat but they can't" P
3.- They had "enough" ban time, so they probably learned the lesson, and if they didn't, they can't hack even if they want it.
4.- Even if they were cheaters, some of them are good people, so now we can be more players and have fun free of cheaters.

Wrong,most hack users are banned by account,and account bans weren't removed @ christmas.
