8th. Failed reports
Read the "How to report? & Read before Report!" you can find it in every subsection for the related problem you will post.

• Penalty:
- 1st = Warning without infraction.
- 2nd = Warning with infraction.
- 3rd = 3 days Ban.
- 4th = 5 days Ban.
After 4th ban the ban time is always 5 days.

For 1st offense:

If you are having problems with your character (such as overpumping your stats, inventory, or any other bugs), please provide the Character name when posting.
For any other and even the above mentioned problems, please provide as much data as you can (only vital information). The more you tell us, the faster we can help.

For 2nd offense:

- When you report someone full chatlog is needed else your report will be closed.
You must show the Full chat log - by clicking few times on "F4" In-game.

For 3rd offense:

- You have to show us your full Desktop + Task Manager while you recording the suspicious player!
