Im having the same problem now ....

I have extracted all files need to IM folder and still this...

I ALREADY EXTRACTED IT
 
Go in windows task manager press CTRL + ALT + delete than go in processes and there must be Main.exe and end this process
 
Since mu.exe is altered this means you don't use our mu.exe file or it's modificated with hacking purpose.

Download this archive: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B9WZ65TX
and extract the files and folder over InfinityMu Client.

P.S. Main.exe or mu.exe does not exist on processes list. They are hidden to stop the hackers.
 
And yeah my Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) is disabled.
 
We talked about altered mu.exe not missing or existing processes. Go download what I gave you and try to connect.

are u updating ur patcher ? @ mu.exe?
coz if u run the main.exe. that case will show up. + not updated
Ctrl + Alt + Del is only for those who got case 028.
