:( HELP - Cannot exactly play infinity

Hi guys
So I have downloaded the Infinity setup and insstalled it, but when i double click the icon to run the game my mouse cursor and the background gets really laggy; my mouse cursor also teleports.:TT TT: i also tried downloading and installing the antilag patch and it's the same.. any advice on how to fix this prob?

ur computer is fully of sofware, things and trash thing-.......
u have a heavy Anti-Virus
ur computer is.....slow..= 512 mb Ram, intel celeron...with out video card
u dont have the system requierements
