Help Cant Run Launcher

I open Mu.Exe in the folder, when i open it says mu exe stopped working
i already used autopdate.exe, and redownloaded client
 
You must run the game using main.exe
Try it and let me know if was solved :smile:
 
no dont solves it x.x i run it and becomes white and says do not respond. im using windows 7 64bit
 
Try running the game in compatibility mode with Windows XP service pack 2 and run it as an administrator. You must launch the game using main.exe.
 
It´s strange. I use the same windows and have no problems.
Well do this. Uninstall the whole client and reboot your pc. Then, download the latest version of the client from here. Re-install, execute autoupdate.exe located in your Mu folder and when it´s done, reboot your pc again to avoid any problem.

After you´ve done all these steps, configure the main.exe compatibility mode as i´ve told you and see what happens. Should work.
 
ok now, i can click connect and appear GHP . and then when GHP disappears
nothing comes out
 
Are you sure? Game takes some minutes to appear now. Check in your process list if you have a process called main.exe in execution.
 
no x.x i dont have it in process list
 
Try to add main.exe to your antivirus exception list and turning off your firewall. Then execute the client again.
 
Well, don´t press connect a lot of times. Just press it once and wait. Take some minutes.
 
i ll try to redownload client again ....

still after GHP nothing appears
 
Well, seems to be an unusual problem. I´ve forwarded it to Resi. Please be patient and wait for his answer.

P.S: Please don´t make spam here, if someone has an advice or solution unlisted here, please provide it, but check first if that solution wasn´t provided already.

Problem will be resolved via skype. Davy already contacted me.
