Help client problem

Hey everyone,

I’ve been encountering an issue with the client recently, and I’m hoping someone here can offer some insight or potential solutions.

The client application suddenly closes without any warning or error message. It just shuts down and I'm left staring at my desktop again. I’ve tried reopening the application, but the same thing happens randomly after a few minutes of use.

i am using windows 11

Here’s what I’ve tried so far to fix the issue:



  1. Reinstalling the Client: I completely uninstalled the client and then reinstalled it, but the problem persists.
  2. Checking for Updates: I’ve made sure my client is up-to-date, thinking maybe a recent bug could be fixed in an update, but nothing has changed.
  3. Running as Administrator: I’ve tried running the client as an administrator to rule out any permission issues, but that didn’t seem to help either.
  4. Disabling Antivirus/Firewall: I temporarily disabled my antivirus and firewall to see if they were interfering with the client, but it still crashes.
  5. Compatibility Mode: I tried running the client in compatibility mode (for older versions of Windows) as a last resort, but no luck

    Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I’m open to any troubleshooting steps or ideas.

did you already update from autoupdate? because sometimes if you update from there, it will fix.

I'm guessing you didn't have a problem with the game before.
I'm asking because I had a similar problem.
The game closed without any message.
More precisely, after "loading" LiveGuard, when the MU window should appear.
For me, the problem was/is the Guru3D RTSS Rivatuner Statistics Server application.
Below is information from the software itself.


Personally, I turned off one application that was working in the background and turned on the launcher. Until I finally got it.
Try it, maybe it will work.

I only have Valorant in my pc and other MU's. In my case i able to play infinitymu more or less 5 minutes after that it automatically close

did you already update from autoupdate? because sometimes if you update from there, it will fix.
already did but still the same. i can only play more or less 5 minutes after that it will automatically close

I see, did you try also to redownload the installer? Maybe there is a bug from your downloaded file.

Try to change video performance settings > Data Execution Prevention > turn on DEP for all programs except those i select : add the game
