Help for running PingZapper

When running pingzapper, i always encounter this problem. Can anybody help me address this problem? it would be of great help. Thank you!

Tried both ways and still wouldnt work. Anybody else had this? Thank you to anybody who could help.

Hello, about the 2nd image you upload, is that error occuring after you selected your character or after you clicked the "Connect" button on the launcher ?

If it's on the after selecting the character, You can warp your character in the website. After you log-in, go to Character Option > you will see the Teleport.

Try to Uninstall Pingzapper and InfinityMU, then use CCleaner to clean the registry file and do a restart. After that download a fresh copy of Pingzapper and InfinityMU again and install them both. Don't know if this will fix your problem, why not give it a try and let us know if the problem still occur.
