ask someone to give you zen maybe it will help

your zen is bug. go switch character and look your zen again 
Buy some bless on NPC and make it 1.9b and you can warp again. Btw i always experience that and i only just buy bless on NPC and i can warp and do market.

Spend your gold until you get less than 2b ( which is the limit ) .. after that it will go back to normal.. i have tried that long time ago if i remember.. I hope it helped you .! Have a great day.
