you can't recover your password without mailing the Email address that used in the registration of your account,or you need at least to remember your Secret Q & A,just by providing account name and character name it won't be recovered to avoid hackers
PM me in chatbox, so we can speak our own language. bcoz we can't speak here in tagalog language. btw, mail him yahoomail. btw, i think you can't recover your account unless you don't have any proof, like ur secret question and answer.
