[Help] Item Repair Problems

hi i just bought a FO explosion blade i upgraded it to +13 and put in refinery options.... i used it but the duration is 64/157 i tried to repair it but doesnt work...pls help me

try to re-log in your account (switch character)
then try to repair it,. it works..

i relog and still the same...btw i bought it from web shop...
