Why i cant attack with electric spike?

that skill is bug ya wont see the skill or he's attack to the charatcter

It's only visual bug when you use it but when other player used the skill to you you can see it :3

1. To attack with it you have to stay face to face with your opponent.
2. DMG with this skill is a little bit delayed.
3. You won't see skill animation like it was said its visual bug you will see only dmg.
