Help me my charater is blocked.

Hi Game Master i really would appreciated if u would look into my account the user name is ******* and my DL charater is blocked the charater name is RomiSam my charater was working this morning just 10 hours ago and suddenly now when i double click my DL it says this Charater Has Been Blocked. please help me and thanks u soo much for giving ur time to help me.
