Hi good day.. i cant even teleport my character in other map using website, it say's Please log out in-game.. even i am not on, i have been inactive for many months due to Real world reasons, my last acitivity in-game was december.. but no i cant play in-game my launcher is nto working my account is stuck for some unidentified reasons.. please do help me out with my problem i want to play again.. ​

you need to log in ingame and then log out, and then its fixed, its a small bug. nothing more.

Re download the game and run the autoupdate and you are able to play again ( its just a little bug you are off line but website thinks your ingame but thats not true. if you log in and log out its fixed ( ingame.)
