You just have to extract that archive to desktop not install it, venci even stated it...

Hey spammers. Problem is that windows updates install some values on systems so this error occurs. Therefore u need 2 uninstall some updates which is hard 2 explain. So u must find a different version that is not portable but also cracked. Some people might not encounter, it's current problem is windows 7
