As far i know, after buying an item from webshop, if you didn't noticed that you was not clicking the option there's nothing to do about the lack option.
You can ask for any item problem if the item is acquired via donate.
Resistant cant take care for every mistake on buying items from webshop, it's your responsibility to be careful while you´re adding items from the webshop.

I agree with kenya.. so i think this is already answered. Resistant cant do anything about it. Its your mistake on not checking it well.
