The most common issue when files are missing, is the Antivirus/Windows Defender. Try adding the whole InfinityMU Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\InfinityMU) to your antivirus exception list

on other antivirus might be different but most of them the option can be found on configuration menu.
After adding your entire folder to the exception list launch again the Launcher.exe as Administrator and try again. If the issue keeps appearing post again asking for further instructions

Are you trying to get interface skin ingame? If u do just try to copy all the files inside interface folder that you dl then paste it in your original interface folder in your infinity folder(data>interface>paste) Seems there is file that are not working or not exist in your interface.
