Ahmm, I have this problem about the webshop. As you can see Im an old player and the last time I played was december in 2011.
I cant login my account on the webshop but in the game I can play my account. Can you help me fix that? or is there somekind of new things going here.

1) Password is case sensitive, so make sure your caps lock is off. (or turned on, if you have capital letters)
2) Make sure your password has no special characters (".", "," etc.)
3) Clear your cookies using CCleaner, and try again.
4) Make sure you're logged off from the game.

Post back here if you are still facing the problem.
 
Try to change your password on website,and dont use any special numbers just letters and numbers
 
1. Please Hide your account name for privacy purposes and for account safety
2. Change password(do not use Special characters such as %,&,*$)
3. Try to Log-in
4. If it still does not log-in maybe your account information has not yet been imported to the NEW webshop system. Try to contact MageDragon or RESiSTANT.
 
Still can't login.
Maybe it has no yet imported to the new webshop system?
Can anybody help me?
 
Possibly your data has not yet been imported to the new system because you have last played on 2011. Please Try to PM/contact RESiSTANT via SKype (resistant.bg) or Email him (support@infinitymu.net) and provide full details of your problem. Then just have a little patience because RESiSTANT Administrates 3 servers.

Sent it. waiting for reply.
I kinda focused on my studies that time around so I did stop for a while
 
I mailed then I received a reply. It says that my account is doing fine.
But it is still wrong username or password.
Help please.
 
Used firefox did not work
Chrome = Did not work
Forced me to use Internet Explorer.... = It always says form session expired?
 
Tried does the same.

Btw my ingame name is Leveriza

I looked at the other threads and it seems it is not only me who used to have this problem.

Some suggests to make the password shorter but it is still the same :|
 
Please close the thread it is now working.

I did make it short than before.

But then I tried to change it to the minimum allowed characters which is 7 letters.
