well then send the file as suggested. close all additional processes make sure nothing is opened and then try again. and if it still doesnt work, then send the file to support@infinitymu.net
Or also post a screenshot here when it happens so we see the error it gives.

i have the same problem this morning i can't connect in game and also my chrome will close. i already follow this - please go to your InfinityMU folder > MuGuard folder > find llahlog.dat file and send it to support@infinitymu.net and i delete the game and download it again. Now i can play again , coz some files of MU has deleted by my antivirus. So i suggest to re download the game.

If the antivirus deletes some files of the game - create a folder -> make an exception of that folder in the antivirus program -> install the game in that folder.

Hello mark try to turn off your firewall and your antivirus and also try to download and run https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER

as what DimeR mentioned in the chatbox a while ago that was originally said by resistant that it can be caused by some programs or virus. So i agree with the suggestion of DimeR to run a boot time scan in your computer.

1st Go to My computer/Computer find Open Control Panel, then click System and Security, then click Windows Firewall, then find and click Turn Windows Firewall on or off and last click Turn of Windows Firewall (not recommended). That's all Hope you understand
