Help needed i dont see my chars ingame

Anyone els got this problem?
Last time i playd it was 6 months ago.
now back online i still have my account en when i look on the web my chars are all there,
but then when i log in i see no chars at al?
Hope you can help me with this,
I also cant make a new char,

My ID = *REMOVED*

Hope you can fix it spend some real money in these chars.

just wait for the GM's to ceck your account just be patient...

Be sure that you entered your account name correctly. I send you the correct one, try it and reply here if its ok or not
