Well... I just reinstall mu, but upon entering I find this:

Try to re-download your client and put there patch manually after give us know about if it works or no

I'm not sure about this but I think is because you probably accidentally set a different language during the installation of InfinityMU.

Try this fix:
1. Uninstall Mu/Delete
2. Re-Download installer
3. Re-Install (This time make sure that language during installation is set in English)

Open vcorp.ini (located inside InfinityMU folder) using Notepad or any other text editor software,change the value in "FixFontXP" from 0 to 1 and save changes then try again,if doesn't work try also changing "FixFont" from 0 to 1.

Download this and put inside Fonts folder (default location - C:\Windows\Fonts) - http://www.sendspace.com/file/zrknl5
