Any support,

Is there anyone who can help me obtain my account password. emailing support doesn't help. I already provided all information need to be provided but I'm not getting anything. I once asked the account password of my brother they provided it, now I'm asking for my account password they will not provide it

do you still know the email add that you used in your account? If yes just forget password it and it will automatically send your password on your yahoo email account.

Here do this send your account name to our RESiSTANT and also tell him the reason why did you lost your password, don't worry he will help you.

So u say u clicked for forget password and typed email + verification code and then u didn't get anything at e-mail?

Hi there. what do you mean email support doesn't help? Are you sure that the e-mail you've been checking is the e-mail associated with that account?
Also, don't just try to check the inbox of your e-mail, try checking the spam box too

Have you tried sending all information or evidence that you own the account to support@infinitymu.net as well?

I tried sending PM to RESiSTANT it's not allowing me the message I'm getting is that he choose not be PM// I'm not sure how to get receipt but the 2 uber set I got were for BTA I can attach the BTA lnk the character name is there.. but if that's not enough hpow can I get receipt?

That will do try to post it here and RESiSTANT will see it and soin you will get your account back.

If you bought the uber sets from players through BTA, you don't have to get the receipt from them as an evidence that you own the account. koroko just suggested to show the receipt if you yourself donated.

btw, getting back to your first post, how did you get your brother's details before? is it through e-mail support?


I would also like to ask again Sava's question for us to be able to support you more.

Yes I emailed support@infinitymu.net

I told them my brother forgot his password which is true and he gave me permission to ask for the password.. Then I explain that the email listed in the account was disabled and we can not recreate it then we got the password and I gave it to my brother...


when I click forgot password it says it was sent but I checked my email there's none ... I also emailed support but I'm only getting auto response.. You can ask me question regarding the account

are you sure that the e-mail you're checking is the one linked to your account? I hope so...and try checking at the spam area of your e-mail too..
if still none, then our last resort is talking to RESiSTANT only he can help you out in retrieving your account

There is an easy way. Just send your I.P. Address to our administrator (RESiSTANT), to confirm that the account belongs to you, and he will give your password back, if you can add any other thing of course it will be still better, but with the first is enough, I've recovered my account with this way, so I guarantee it will work, good luck :).

Bro Try to Check Your Email its Either .com or .ph Hmm Other Ways Maybe They Change Your Email ? Ahh Here i will Teach You Something Try to Go Here http://www.infinitymu.net/# Then Click The REGISTER then Put Your Email if You seen *Email Already Taken it means your email is Correct if Available Means There`s no Account in that email

My bad. Lately, I got stucked up by the phrase, "he doesn't get any responses after utilizing the forgot password function"

There is an easy way. Just send your I.P. Address to our administrator (RESiSTANT), to confirm that the account belongs to you, and he will give your password back.
I think that could help too. but let's just hope that the current IP address he's having is a bit the same with the IP he had during his previous log-in's, and also, his location-wise. But, heaven1, you could still give it a try

It will work for sure, if he was playing from a computer shop, he simply can get there and ask for the ip (that's what I did, since when I played in 2008 (until 2010) I did it from a cyber, not directly from my house, then When I wanted to start once again (2013)I got there to ask for their IP address, so later, I simply sent it to Venci, of course If he was from other house or whatever will be the same, just get its IP address.)

We don't provide any sensitive data such as passwords due security reasons. We have given the users how to properly and securely for everyone recover their passwords and change their emails the moment they feel unsecure. If you failed keeping your computer and accounts safety then it's your own problem. We are not supposed to provide any information to anyone who ask. How do I know if you are not a pilot? The fact you used this account to post BTA's doesn't prove that you are the real owner. The real owner of an account has access to his email and he is able to recover his account (by reseting his account password) via email confirmation via www.infinitymu.net/lost-password What more we can do for you?
