My friend want register on forum he already done it but the activaction link wasn't came to e-mail... Check that account : RPK if can and send him link...
He can't add any post's bcz he didn't get activation link !
He tryed change email to another but it didn't helped ...

As SuperStell said, check the tutorial and pm Resi if you still experience problems with the registration.

P.S: Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the activation mail is filtered as spam.
