My problem is i cant open my old account because of my pass coz my pass is 11 thats why i need your help coz i cant open my account in web and in game hope you can help me thank you..

Try to use forgot password bro.its in the website but will need your UN ( user name) or Email and they will send something to your mail

You can recover your account details on the Forgot Password link, it will just require your Username/Email and a notification will be sent on your email.

you can open it in game iam sure even your pass is 11
but in website like log-in to http://www.infinitymu.net/ you must not give all 11 latter of your password but in game log-in password is only 10 automatic the last 11 will be not counted

example in logging your ID and Pass: your last pass is 01234567890 .... just the 10 Letter or Number

Mail us at support@infinitymu.net with enough info and I will help you. I don't think that you can have more length than 10 because there's is change password limit of length to 10.
