In my contry venezuela we can not deposit in any bank for some laws.

I got ur point, it's extremely hard to get a credit/debit card or even a bank account that you can add in paypal nowadays...

i guess nothing to do, the only thing you can do is find someone that buy ur items via paypal for you. because i really doubt that resistant accepts SMS system as payment for ubers.
 
sorry but, we can not change anything.
the only ways to get uber in your country, is via paypal, western union and money gram. dats all!

SMS payment, its expensive for you and for venci. because you will pay some taxes, and would pay more than 30 dollars.
 
Can you use AlertPay.com ?

If, yes then I will allow Uber donations via AlertPay.

If, no then tell me what you can use.
