My friend,you can always get a good deal on something,depends on which buyer you talk too,because some give out many things,some do not.This is the market,everyone is selling and buying differently,but I also prefer to pay tax sometimes,because it's a stalemate if the two of us argue about it.If someone CAN pay,he should,because the trade will be easier and in the end everyone is happy
