Hello, to change your character name in game you have to follow these simple steps:
1) leave/disband guild if you have one
2) Note if you put symbols in your name, you won't be able to receive mails in game
Click here in webshop (log in with your account and then go to webshop)
Then you need 2000 normal credits, exchange them into 1000 gold credits
