1 jevel of creation
1 chaos
1 pack of 10 blesses
1 pack of 10 souls
1 exelent item+9(above) and +4(above)-this +4 you add with jewel of life
how to do it: put all this items in chaos machine and mix it here is video guide

Do we need to make it 1by1 or make it 10?(example in 1by1 the jewel is not mix or simply it is only Jewel of **, in the 10 the jewel is mixed or simply Jewel Of **+1)
