Hi, I encountered the same problem after installation, but after clicking OK on the error and launching the application, it was already fixed.

This maybe the solution:
1.Run the Launcher as an administrator
2.wait for the game to update
3. Done. You can now start the game!

If you have not already done so, add the whole imu folder to windows defender exceptions list, if you are reinstalling, it is possible that previous exception was removed and needs to be added back.
