i'd say yes, but as u see we got lots of gms now like 8 gms and 2 hgm , ur work as gfx leadear is quit good, we do need gfxers my answer here is neutral :)
 
I'm sorry guys, but I'm reading some posts here and I'm laught with some hypocrisy, I dont understand a thing here, some peoples are saying that he's doing a good job as GFX Leader, but they're saying NO for app?
wtf? If he's doing a good job, he has the right to try to advance in da position, it's normal, all here want to be promoted, it's called life.
I think he should have a chance, since he's doing him job well as GFX Leader, and just showing that he's mature and experience enought to handle a possition in this comunity.
 
Ok because i dont know you well i readed every comment here.
What i get about this.

You are less then 1 month gfx leader and you already think your a great leader....
You apply for gm after not yet 1 month your previouse promotion.

Your kidding right ?????

What i get out of it is.
Means your a position hunter. How higher how better.

Did you know be a gm is more then cathing rule breakers and helping ppl.
Its about bringen new ideas for the server.
Its about how to put everything higher.

I can say yeah i do this i told venci some great ideas and he like those but do you see me applying again.

Its just you can help the server from a normale position.
And realy now we got like alot of GM's ( counting hgm in it to)
I know the time when the server was also big and we got like only 1/2 of the staff team now and it worked fine.

Just try to be happy with your gfx leader position.

Bro, here every single person have his own job. He is/was GFX member, Leader. His jobs are awesome, but as GFXer. I totally know that he will can`t handle T-GM job. Here players saying like" Yea Hypnosis is good person, kindly and hell yea i am giving my YES to him" WTF? :D This is not a funny section guys. Here in server have too many good persons, with is better than me and you. I mean we had not give our Votes because of he is good person. For sure if he been bad person, no one will give him YES votes. But we first need to know how is his knowledge about Hacks/ Hackers. Doing good job in GFX is not means that Hypnosis is best in everywhere. This is Like, i am good in maths, hell yea it means i am good in history too? EveryOne has his own job. Yea I know, I always saying that give chance, T-GM position for this things bla bla. But I am mad atm, why players leaving his positions for higher ranks. Hypnosis you can be good Event hoster GM, but I know that you will fail in Hack Section. You will wait other GMs replay, and then you will gonna replay after it. It will not be your own point. And you said me that, i can`t see Hack reports section. I been Supporter for a little time, but i checked too many Hack reports, And as i remember i saw just 1 report from you. And 1 more thing, i don`t see you active in Help/Question sections. Hypnosis, I know i am looking bad in your eyes. But i should be honestly. Friend just your application is too early.

As you can see, I'm just answering to your comments which are the most interesting ones to me. Maybe you don't know me aswell as other people do, or you don't know a side of myself. But the fact, is that there is nothing that I could not learn with the cravings that I have for this. Thats why I'm applying for a test position. Also at some point I find funny how people disagree saying that I don't have the capacity for this job when they agree that I'm mature and responsible.
If I'm mature and responsible I obv won't lie to all of you saying that Im able for making it good and make you all lose time with this. Just something to think about people.

He's making a good job in gfx stuffs isn't he? does that mean he should stay on that possition forever? dosen't he have the right to apply for another possition?.

Why?
-He's a matured guy.
-He has a good english knowledge.
-He's being helpful.
 
If hes a good gfxer he shouldnt stay in this position forever. Yes... hes good gfx leader, trustful person and responsible for staff applications, but why cant he try himself in higher position? Try something new and difficult. You got my support juan.

-You're better in GFX rank
