Did you try to re-log? Like close the game fully and reconnect to refresh. I tried creating just now and it's working fine.

Did you create character at that slot and then delete it? Because that can causing bug.
This bug happen to some players, and only [MENTION=1]RESiSTANT[/MENTION] can fix it,

current update has bug. sometimes chars doesnt show up. relogging will usually fix it. if it doesnt contact Admins or email them tru support@infinitymu.net.
