I cannot connect into the game after patched

hi, when i clicked on connect, it was loading and then it stopped after few seconds. it does not connect into the game.
the game is not blocked by firewall.
is it not compatibility with windows 7(64 bit)?

I am using windows 7 64 bit as well. So there is definitely no compatibility issues. Check to see if you have a duplicate main.exe running by entering your task manager -> Processes. If there is, "kill" that and run your launcher again.

If not, re-install the client and update to the latest patch.

nope. after i clicked on connect, i open task manager, there is no main.exe at all.
i have reinstall the client and updated patches number of times. still the same result.
could it be possible that this game needs to be installed into a specific drive(i.e windows drive(C and folder(eg. program files(x86))?

Nope, because mine isn't. It is on (D drive and it works perfectly fine. Were you able to play the game before?

yes. on vista 32 bits.
is the game needs to be removed manually? by means of delete the folder.

Did you upgrade your computer to win7 (64 bit), or was it a totally different computer?

Try running the launcher in "Compatibility Mode".

right click on mu.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Windows NT 4 > Apply > OK
do the same on main.exe and run the game again.
