i cant connect to mu

pls help i cant connect to infinity mu a message appear says cannot connect to FTP. i dont know what is that mean pls help,

you probably have problem to download the new patch through the client...
download the new patch from here > http://dll.infinitymuonline.com/patch/InfinityMU 2011-10-06 Patch.rar
then extract all the files to InfinityMU Folder
