i cant connect to the game

Gud Day Sir, i use InfinityMU Update Wizard but Update Failed Sir. I cant access to the game

after i click the finish button there's a box appear and it say's ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION

it happened when i used my pingzapper New York Server.

Pls Help me with this problem sir.

Hello, Can you please upload a screenshot of the problem ?

Try to uninstall the InfinityMU client and install it again, don't use PZ, update first your game client using the Auto Update inside the game folder. After updating it, set up your PZ and try now. Reply if this solution will fix your problem.

Dont use the PZ while you are installing or updating the client, try to reinstalled again.. if the roblem is that cant connect because the PZ, change the server and thats it, PZ now is having problems.

Try to run mu.exe from the clients folder instead of pingzapper's launcher. Hope this will help you

Also try to check your connection maybe you got some problem with your ports etc.

Hey , i got that problem like 1 month ago try this :

- Execute cmd as administrator
- Type netsh winsock reset catalog and press enter
- Next type netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt and press enter
- Restart ur pc

should be working again infinity.
