I cant create characters, help!

Hi, mi name is Fernando and i have a problem.hokay:

I downloaded this mu with much ilusion ,
and me registered perfect in your web, but... in the moment will i do my first character,
i have a problem.

i have not idea for what reason i can not create one character.:waah:

Notes:
I have all the necessary drivers and all updated
I win xp sp3 32bits
1Gb Memory RAM
32Mb graphics card integrated s3prosavage
Intel Celeron CPU 1.80GHz

I want to clarify that mu online runs perfect, the problem is to create a character.

Just don't hit enter when inside your account.Due to security reasons it disconnects you.
Just use your mouse and click on the buttons

Use the double-click on the mouse to select character and to log in. Or try reinstalling the client

Never seen that kind of problem.
Try to reinstall the game or change the compatibility mode To Windows 2000 or XP SP3. Even if you got XP SP3 the compatibility mode doesn't need to be seted on XP SP3 so check out if is.

have you tried to create another game account?
I got a friend that cannot log-in because it says the password it's invalid. I tried the same password on my PC and everything was fine, but he can't log-in on his PC.
If you didn't tried this, you should, see what happens. And you may also try creating characters on another PC.

It's maybe because your video card. Try updating to lower version or the latest (even try the beta). Anyway I have created 5 characters for you. If you need different names just let me know and I will change them for you.
