I can't delete ntliveguardev64.sys (UNINSTALLING PURPOSES)

Hi everyone.

I started playing a few days ago to trying the server but I decided to quit. So when I deleted the client I could do it but windows says this file "InfinityMU/LiveGuard/ntliveguardev64.sys" is in use, so it can't be deleted.

I searched what application is using it and it's explorer.exe. After that I tried using cmd but it says "denied access" because now cmd is using it (I needed to open its location)

So, what can I do to delete this file?

I did that. I mentioned I tried using cmd and for deleting it this way I needed to end "explorer.exe" (Windows explorer) via task manager. But then I couldn't delete it because it's necessary to open its location using cmd and now cmd it's using the file and cmd says "denied access" so I can't delete it.
