I already installed the patch and it stays the same
yow there,

Can advice you to close,unusefull programs via Task Manager.
Reinstall your game Patch
Try to run via Autoupdate

Try downloading the client again or just run AutoUpdate.EXE from your client folder.
(Firstly delete main.exe from the client folder then run AutoUpdate.EXE)

Hello bro , you run your client without using any app that could decrease ping ? like WTFAST or Pingzapper? Btw, at first I experienced this problem also , but after I tried running it with WTFAST, the client now runs so good as before. If you run your client directly without using any app, try running it via Administrator. Tell me if this works.

Clean your computer from viruses because some virus is altering your files. Our client is perfectly updated and you shouldn't receive any errors such as some file was corrupted unless you have your client downloaded incompletely or some virus / malware is altering your files without your notice.

Use NOD32 or Kaspersky or do a fresh install for better results and install an Antivirus program so you be secured in future.
