I can't play MU on windows 7

Greetings , im here to find a help or solution for my problem.
Im using Windows 7 without any graphic card.
Its very slow inside the game , lag there and lag here.
Its like a slow-motion.
Unlike before , i had Windows XP wthout any graphic card also but i can play MU properly without experiencing any lag.
Can somebody help me? , please don't suggest me to change back OS or anything like that.
Just stick to my Windows 7.
Please help me.

- I had already tried running it as Administrator , i also tried all of the Compatibility options and i dont have any anti virus and take note , my firewall is disabled.

If you don't have videocard, try with some programs to speed up your pc.

Well, im using Window 7 ultimate too but everything is fine
you must need to dois update your specs

1. Processor
2. Video card
3. RAM

Can you share your System information?
w7 it's good for games, same as XP and more than w8, w8 Pro (have lag and problems)
but I have w8 , it's working on me.

Now i have the license key , this is my problem now.
After i put the license key in the license key form , nothing happens.
The problems doesn't fixed , when i update it again , the same blank serial license form appearing again.
Now what? What do i have to do?
