I cant put on pink options with Guardian + harmony

so the problem from the title should be clear, i cant put on the pink options on my items with guardians and harmonies

the items are 380lvl and it worked for half of my set when i tried to put it on gloves it didnt work, my friend tried to do it also didnt work, samee with my bk with 380lvl items i cant make the pink options


and no dont tell me to restart the client done that
and no dont tell me to wait i tried to do it today, yesterday and the day before
and yes the item has all the requirments
so any ideas?

hello, no the problem is i cant even put it in for the goblin, doesnt let me

cant put it on any of my items, worked fine for 4 items then i couldnt put in any items like:
bone blades,dragon knight items or venom mist items)

did you check your item if it has a yellow option on it. Or maybe your zen. Try to check it.

I mean i removed the yellow option just to test it out same, i cant put it in
1,000,000,000 zen should be more than enough for it.
