I can't run the game

i have windows XP sp3
intel 3 gb procesor
2.5 gb ram
256 ram Nvidia video card
i installed the game with full client
i tryed to use the patch
i made the update
and still i can't start the game
and i dont have any trojan or any other kind of viruses
can someone please help me?

What problem do you face?->(No start button,Freeze at loading,Client closes after starting the game etc...)

none of those.when i click game start its just like i am clickin refresh and the widow with satr game its back

try to disable your firewall and anti virus.

Rightclick on the main.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Windows NT / Windows 2000 (Try it with both)
Do the same to the launcher.

i do not have antivirus and my fire wall is disabled

beacause my windows its licensed and i don't wanna change it , i work very good on my pc
is't there anything else i can do?

i do not whant to change my windows becuse its lisenced , i paid for it
and ether way it work v good on my pc
i never had a problem with it

• not having Anti-Virus is bad,MuGuard is also sensitive to viruses
  use this tool to clean your PC from viruses: http://www.muguard.org/clients/kateskiller.rar
  and then restart your PC,after that uninstall the game and clean your registry with CCleaner

• if you have any accelerator programs such as "GameBooster" then uninstall them
  
  
• if the game still doesn't working then try to run in compatibility mode,test different compatibility modes,when testing make sure both mu.exe and main.exe will be in same compatibility mode.

i allready runned kateskiller and i have 0 threaths
i ussed ccleaner
i tryed compatibility and for NT and 2000
i do not have uninstal for the game i can only delete it and instal it again
i tryed that 2 times
i still dont have any clue why it isn't working

i don't have any tipe of boosters
and i don't know whre to find DEP (Data Execution Prevention) , and the link for it is not workin

send your llahlog.dat to support@infinitymu.net and wait for a reply,our Admin might find what's causing this issue in the logs
