hi sir ressistant ive purchased xtra vault on webshop .ive wrote the right username .in webshop .but now how caome i cant use it? its written FAILURE

now I read the email that I have used it to create be_pin1987@yahoo.com, username is culi1
I've forgotten the question and answer side effects, and email has been activated so it can receive mail, not like at first, and it has been in existence, it can be transferred to any messages
