We don't allow ubers to be transfered with characters. So empty your inventory and mail us again.

Uber items cannot be trade, but as what resi posted above try to mail him all the info.I think it's possible, if you will just donate such amount for transfer.

i think it's a new rule....

before people could transfer Uber to other account using Transfer Character but now it's not allowed...

* Inventory and equipment must not have any Uber Items inside else we will not transfer the character.

So, your request is not approved right now, then, That New rule, will be used to check your case.
