I got problem.. cannot join to the servers

Hai peeps,im going to show problem with the client..cant join to the servers here are video.. anyone can you help me about this case?

P.S:I've got download new client,but still same nothing change...

check your firewall if its blocking it and etc.

( its the play.exe that you need to allowd in your firewall.) you can also try to start from play.exe in your mu folder.

Do the steps from the thread i've send you, reboot PC and try to log via MU.exe only, the play.exe is for programs like PZ and WTFast.

Okay after you did what i've said and rebooted the PC, tried to open MU.exe what happen next is it same as 1st video or you get Live Guard error as on 2nd one?

i've done everything been offered above , unfortunately no results. The problems executes the first video is the same as it happens now , no difference at all . I think it is connectned with another problem and solution however thanks for feedbacks but i am still in a great necessity on a support

It could be malware. Have you installed some antivirus program to scan your system? Our antihack also blocks the client if detects any virus injects into our process. Usually the viruses have this practic - to inject into exe files.

please watch this video , i am experiencing the same problem as the video executes. My PC never had Anti Virus and it has been already a long time i did not format my computer. I've taken away a 3-4 months of rest and couldnt join in game now i back , unfortunately i can't connect.
