I got problem for My DL!

Its a DL!
I can not use my Fire Brust skill and Critical DMG skill.. I got all FO items and Full statu. maybe it is bugged!Gm check it out..i have reset the statu..same problem..

same with my problem.
U have much mana as of now.

TIPS1:
Use shield or 1 Ring with out Increase Max Mana +4%
Do not use full Option Gears/set/accessory/Shield

TIPS2:
Decrease your ENERGY to 32760 only.
