Try to on and off your internet and run the update, hope it will works.

I believe that it doesnt work coz I am playing in an Internet Shop.. So, every time they close they will turn off the net and turned it back when they are open.. Anyway, thank you for the effort of helping..

Add your client and game folder as exception/exclusion at your AntiVirus (or turn off your AntiVirus)
Launch the AutoUpdate.exe as Administrator

Antivirus has been turned off and it still has the same problem...

That error comes from lacking runtime library .
Make sure you install Microsoft visual C++ redistribuable. Preferably the latest.
Visit Microsoft official webpage to get it.

Ok, I will try to look for the latest Microsoft visual C++..

I've experienced this before when my OS (Win xp) then I decided to upgrade it, I think your antivirus is the problem, try to add the autoupdate.exe into your exception list and run it as administrator. I hope it will works . Good luck!

I already added the autoupdate.exe into the exception list and also run it as administrator but same problem still persist.

Dude, install microsoft visual C++ redistribuable...what's so hard to understand? stop following white horses with blocking the game in all antiviruses.

interesting. i will get home in 3-4 hours i guess. if u are still on i can try to log in via teamviewer. if not tomorrow i am free and i can provide u asisstance.

P.S.: do you know how to add a full folder to exclusion in your antivirus? If so add the full MU Folder for now. Should be a temporary fix till i can log in with teamviewer.

You might have some corrupted files in your pc or some bad entries in your registries...since i am not that much of a "fixer"formating and using a different windows version might help out...but i want to have a look myself beore that.

The problem resides in your registry files.
Use CC Cleaner to uninstall all the Microsoft visual C++ you have on your PC because it will also fix the registries and then install only the 2008 version in order to properly run MU Online.
Do that and let me know if it solved your problem.
