I Need Technical Support

Greeting Supporters and Forum Staff,

I have a problem which I have no Idea On What is the cause of this and what is the reason.

Last week Everything has was normal, but suddenly Every time I log-in to the Forums I get this,

But after I click the forums Tab, Everything becomes Normal.
My problem isn't really grave because everything still runs normally but I just want to know what it means and How Can I prevent that sign from popping out?
