lol the implementation of the ban time in this case is good.. isn't nothing wrong with it and u can't compare cases with other cases involving different types of insults with expressions/words and a myriad of differences that each person might say.. is the same as the others :s

i'll put a small example

if someone says: f**k u! / (and perhaps say the player name too)

and another said: f**k all ppls here!

is the same? .. maybe u feet if it's the same bcs it's saying the same insult,.. then no ^^ it depends on other variants in the text.. that's what will give u a high or low insult (that is based on the implementation of the duration) therefore.. no report will be the same so there will always be variants
