soo my ping test in bulg sofia are 75-80 ms
down 13,61mbps
send 0,93 - 0,94 mbps

in my country ping are 24-25
down 13,10 mbps
send 0,89 mbps

is that are good ?

when i test my pot rate i got a fell they slow on 1sec

Server is hosted in France. Test your ping in there. Also a good CPU helps out more than you think.
Speedtests on your local provider show nothing if you rly want to see a clear result, ping in any France server.

For online games the ping is the most important i personaly have 51 ms ping in our host so...what ever is around that value is good.
As i said a good CPU helps as well. When you play PvP just close what ever programs you dont need to free up as much RAM memory and CPU usage. (Browsers - Forum/Facebook/Youtube, Skype etc...)
Anti lag patches had no effect on my potting rate or FPS rate so i do not use any. I got a decent PC and i can play without anti lag. Game looks better
