Discussion Inactivity of current Staff

Hello, Infinitians and Staff Team,

I just want to share what I am seeing in-game and in the forum. I didn't create this thread to start a flame or just for fame. I just want to inform the staff team, especially our ADMIN @RESiSTANT TANT that most of the players have an issue regarding the inactivity of some staff, and until now, they are still part of the staff team.

No hard feelings, @Altaïr , @VanFlyHigh h h, and @Dser. But I am referring to these three GMs that we rarely see ingame and in forums. Do the players of Infinity deserve inactive staff like them?
Yes, before we ex-staff, when we go inactive, we'd rather choose to be demoted than stay in the team, because we know that there's a player deserves our spot. Why did you decide to remain on the team despite the fact that you will be inactive for more than a month?Like "Dser (11/08/22-13/09/22)" Yes, we have a personal life, but when you applied, you promised that you would be active and that you would serve the community. Anyway, One week inactive is not a big deal, but one month? It is too much.

Do you agree, GM TEAM, that the players always say, "GM goes online when just banning people?"

To be honest guys, ingame is boring when there's no Game Master active in it.

@Sava Kudos to you, man. We always see you ingame even though you have a lot of haters, but you look like you are still doing your job as much as you can.

I dont want to be a burden to what you are doing. So basically, you need activity for the staff team to notice you that you are participating in any means necessary right?
Well you're doing fine. BUT pointing out this thing is beyond your concern since i know that those staff members you have mentioned have clearly worked their way into what they are right now. Just because of inactivity you are pointing it out for the entire community and let their past accomplishments not recognized? TBH i mean no harm nor flame nor insult you for this. I think this is actually a healthy conversation. Dser Proved so much in game master tasks as i've witnessed 3 or 4 big bans with his help before. VanflyHigh also proved he's more capable on this task in terms of his professionalism and the way he plays in game; he is friendly and fair. Altair is a new commer but he is certainly making progress on his works.

Just because they are inactive it doesnt mean they are not capable of doing what they are tasked to do. I am neutral in this conversation. I am not against you and certainly am not against these staff members you just mentioned.

If you want to be noticed by the entire staff team and community, do it cleanly and make sure you're not overstepping in what "making an activity" truely means.
I am 100% sure that the staff team noticed their short inactivity, and im sure they must have had good reasons for it.

You dont have to point out their current situations just because of that.

Bro, are you somehow jealous of their priviledge as a GM? They have a life too. So no need to be harsh. I get what's your point of creating this thread. Staff Status - Currently Inactive Staff Team

Since players can't possibly know when a staff member is inactive due any kind of reason I've decided to make a thread where we will keep you updated on which Staff Member is inactive at the moment. This will keep players from PMing an inactive Staffer or accusing/reporting them of being...

And how can you say that @VanFlyHigh and @Altaïr are inactive too?
Because you didn't saw them much on ban list section?
Well, It doesn't mean that you don't see them much and you will thought that they are inactive.
VanFlyHigh and Altair are actively participating with us on reviewing reports, privately helping or supporting someone in need of in-game assistance, bug testing and checking the logs. Even Dser is with us internally even if he is on a inactive status.

Being a GM is a complicated job than you think.
Currently we have a different GM System unlike before.
We do this duty for free, unpressured, eager and we are happy to have this position to help the RESiSTANT's Administration,
We don't need any tokens or items in exchange in order for us to continue doing the job,
Because, The gm system now is not like it used to be that there are ex-staff who are only chasing to earn an Uber Salary.

All the game master you mentioned are highly knowledgeable, dependent and good ON doing with their job.

Again, The Game Master Team are actively working internally,
We are not Event Masters that need to have public presentation to the community,
Well, Of course because they need to conduct event, but we the Game Master Team are openly giving support to the Event Masters on events if we are needed.

Also, I'll off the topic a little bit, Let me go through your timeline as a Staff Member.

I guess this numbers are to fewer than @Dser and @VanFlyHigh days of being Game Master and The fact that they are serving as a GM more than you are, they surely have more contributions as you. For @Altair, he is still our new guy, but he is now going on with his 2 months from being a GM included his trial days.

Also, as per RESiSTANT''s User Groups Legend:

The Legends are ex-staff members who have given loyalty, dedication, and contribution for no less than 12 months.

NO HARD FEELINGS but you only have 169 days of being a staff member before, not elegible on Legend tag qualifications above,
