Voted for @SAVIELLE Better framed picture, cleaner and the sign looks like it was made with effort, If that ultrasonography it's your son/daughter let me congratulate you. Tip for next time, Leave less headroom (the upper space of the picture containing no information at all) and maybe move the pillow out of the picture.
@>[GANG$ter] Next time I would re frame the picture a bit, the angle is not that bad for certain pics but it's not the case, The black top right corner and the AC in the top left corner are really distracting. That angle of picture would work awesome in a cleaner background or maybe outside with a nice landscape. Good luck

PS: Don't like the other entry coz he stick that orange paper on that painting and I cant see the what's behind it.
